    These floor model booths are designed for both batch type and conveyorized production systems.  Air flow is drawn in through the open front, across the painter and parts being coated and exhausted through a filter bank in the back of the booth. The dry arrestor filters trap the airborne overspray particles before the filtered air is discharged through the exhaust system and into the atmosphere. The booths are available in a wide range of designs to meet practically any production requirement.

  • EZ Open Face Booth

    Conveyor pass-through openings can be as much as 25% of the booth open front area, without requiring additional exhaust fan capacity.  Specially engineered enclosures may be designed to meet your requirements. Air replacement units and intake chambers can be added as well as reduced air flows for automatic spray operations.

  • Exhaust Bench

    This exhaust bench provides a very practical method for removing hazardous and contaminated air generated by refinish, repair and other shop related operations.

     

    • Exhaust fan with capacity of 8,000 CFM.  Furnished with 24" diameter blade, 2HP, 208/230/460V/3 Phase totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) motor.

    • Compact design saves valuable floor space.

    • Heavy duty construction bench is fabricated with 18-gauge galvanized steel panels.

    • Promotes shop safety by exhausting harmful vapors and dust thereby reducing health hazards for shop personnel.

     

  • ExhaustChamber

    These floor model chambers are designed for exhausting dust, harmful vapors and paint fumes.  The dry arrestor filters trap the airborne overspray particles before the filtered air is discharged through the exhaust system and into the atmosphere. Models are available in a variety of designs to meet practically any production requirement. Air replacement units and intake chambers can be added as well as reduced airflows for automatic spray operations.

     

    EXHAUST SYSTEM FEATURES

    A tubeaxial exhaust fan designed specifically for use in paint spray exhaust chambers powers the airflow, through the booth and exhaust stack.  All exhaust fans are of non-sparking construction.  The motor drive and bearings are sealed from the air stream of the exhaust. Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) motors are provided with each unit.

     

    CONSTRUCTION FEATURES AND QUALITY STANDARDS

    Chambers are constructed from 18-gauge, galvanized steel. Structural steel is used to add strength and rigidity to chambers as necessary.  Control panels are optional.

  • Industrial Booth

    Air flows in through the filtered double entry doors in the front of the booth, passes through the booth’s working area, and into the filtered exhaust chamber located in the rear of the booth.  This filtered exhaust air is drawn through the exhaust plenum and discharged upward into the atmosphere through the exhaust stack. Our Industrial Booths make efficient use of your valuable floor space and are available in three heights to accommodate your needs.

     

  • Crossdraft Auto Booth

    The Classic Crossdraft Booth intakes fresh air through filters in the entry doors. The clean filtered air is drawn through the booth and exhausted through a filter system at the opposite end. This type of spray booth makes efficient use of shop space and is available in solid back, drive through and reverse flow designs. Reverse flow booths intake air through filters in the back wall. The solid faced product access doors are at the exhaust end of the booth. This provides cleaner intake filtering and better control of shop dust that might be tracked in at the vehicle entrance.

     

                      

  • Side Downdraft, Powder

    This Booth intakes fresh air from the cleaner upper levels of the shop through a filter bank in the booth ceiling. The filtered air is drawn down and away from the vehicle through exhaust filters at the floor level, along both sides. This provides efficient overspray control that reduces prep time and also provides a much healthier workplace environment without an expensive downdraft exhaust pit. When purchased as a pressurized unit, the booth can be equipped with an air replacement unit and cure cycle to meet your requirements. It is available in both drive-through and solid-back designs.

  • EZ Pit Downdraft

    This booth takes in fresh air from the cleaner upper levels of the shop, through a filter bank in the booth ceiling. The filtered air is drawn down and away from the vehicle through exhaust filters in the pit located in the floor. This provides efficient overspray control that reduces prep time and also provides a much healthier workplace environment. An optional above ground basement exhaust plenum is available for installation without concrete work.  The booth can be equipped with an air replacement unit (makeup air) and heated cure cycles to meet your requirements.  It is available in both drive-through and solid-back designs.

  • EZ Modified Downdraft Automotive w/Powder Option

    The EZ-26 Modified Downdraft Booth intakes fresh air from the cleaner upper levels of the shop through a filter bank located in the booth ceiling near the product doors. The filtered air is drawn down through the booth to an exhaust filter system at the other end. This booth is equipped with a pre-filter plenum for additional intake air filtration.  The basic modified downdraft design allows for easy pressurization with the addition of an intake fan or a heated air make up unit.

  • Prep Station

    The Limited Finishing Prep Station draws fresh air from the cleaner upper levels of the shop through a pressurization fan. This air is forced down into the prep station through a filter bank located in the ceiling near the entry. The air is drawn through the prep station work area into a filtered exhaust plenum at the opposite end and exhausted out to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan and stack.

     

    This design allows for easy addition of a heated air makeup unit.

  • Paint Mixing Room

    Air flows in through the filtered air intake plenum (located in the ceiling toward one end of the booth) downward through the work area and into the exhaust chamber located in the lower opposite end of the room.  Filtered exhaust air is drawn through the exhaust plenum and is discharged upward into the atmosphere through the exhaust stack.

     

    * Fire suppression and controls are not included.

     

  • ECC Crossdraft

    The Classic Crossdraft Booth draws fresh air through filters in the main entry doors. The clean filtered air is drawn through the booth and exhausted through a filtered grid system at the opposite end.  This type of spray booth makes efficient use of your shop space and is available in solid back, drive-through and reverse-flow designs.  Reverse-flow booths draw air through filters in the back wall of the booth. The solid-faced product entry doors are at the exhaust end of the booth, re; reverse air flow. This provides cleaner intake filtering and better control of shop dust that might be tracked in at the vehicle entrance doors.

     

    The booth can also be equipped with an air replacement unit (makeup air) and heated spray/cure cycles to meet your painting requirements.
